What is a factory?

Since the construction of contexts requires both physical and intellectual forms of production, it is questionable whether the 'Format Factory' of this project can be a product factory and/or culture factory? In this case, the need shifts toward understanding the way in which experimental formats of production and presentation can disrupt or enhance our habits of researching.

Idea as product

For example, the 'critical limit' and 'space of possibility' of the Mnemosyne Atlas was constrained by the black canvas.
The canvas allowed the image to read independently while also becoming a part of the delirious combination of impressions into an imaginative whole.

It shows how obsessive historical methods of structuring knowledge tend to solidify only to defragment and explode again
