The 'Council of Urban Culture' zooms across European to urban scales and approaches Luxembourg through the lens of the cultural institution.
It takes a critical stance towards the distribution of events in refurbished cultural venues across the
post-industrial landscape of the Greater Region, Luxembourg and Luxembourg City during Luxembourg and the Greater Region European Capital of Culture 2007.
Strong city branding conceal lack of decision-making and only gave
the illusion of transregional collaboration.
Branding Luxembourg’s post-industrial landscape is simply not enough!
