Scripted Site Relations (Plan)
The 'Council of Urban Culture' is developing its 'Urban Stoppages' Site Strategy by selecting 'final sites' which are a series of ''intermediate sites'', which lie within the ''field of potential sites (distributed on a
500m grid)'' and outside the ''zones of past cultural high internsity'' measured during the Luxembourg and Greater Region European Capital of Culture Events in 2007.
Within the selection of final sites, one site was chosen for the location of the base of operation at the height of 300 near the Alzette valley. By coincidence, the institutional base of operation was located in the valley at the location of an existing bridge.
