Project - Council of Urban Culture: An Itinerant Institute and its Project in the Post-City

The Council of Urban Culture is made up of fragmented mobile units which temporarily stay in a local site at the base of operation (project 1)
from where they can do the project on the city (project 2) and report back from trips to the past and future host cities.
